We are seeing so many marriage celebrations that seem to combine traditional with modern, all of which are stunning on their own. However, out of all such affairs we’ve witnessed, none come close to the magical union of Chelcie and Ajrun. The couple flew from Los Angeles to host their wedding in Scotland, an affair filled with so many memorable moments. Knowing this event has left an ever-lasting impression in our hearts, we would like to share the remarkable story with you and possibly inspire your own!
As we said, the lovely couple comes from LA. However, that didn’t stop them from travelling all the way to Scotland to crown their love. In fact, it appeared they were always dreaming about having a destination affair in a charming location, surrounded by the people they loved most. And to everyone’s delight, their Gleneagles Hotel wedding provided a thrilling experience! From the looks of the venue and its charming outdoor spaces to the delicious food they served, everything at this wedding in Scotland mirrored perfection.
Now, before we unravel Chelsie and Ajrun’s memorable celebration, let us first say a word or two to honour the immaculate venue. Namely, Gleneagles Hotel is a charming countryside venue that exudes impeccable charm and lavishness. Acting as an immersive couple’s retreat, the 5-star hotel certainly turns each event into a pure delight. Welcoming guests in the heart of the picturesque Scottish countryside, this Gleneagles Hotel Wedding was undoubtedly an immaculate realisation of this couple’s dream. No wonder Chelcie and Ajrun opted for a glamorous two-day celebration which honoured their love, tradition, and all the guests who managed to witness the coronation of their holy union.
As for this magnificent wedding in Scotland, we had a splendid experience. The celebration lasted for two whole days last October without anyone seeming exhausted.
When it comes to one of the most gorgeous wedding venues in Scotland, you can only guess how utterly enchanting the decor was. The estate was beautifully decorated with plenty of flowers, making the setting entirely exquisite. It was an immaculate fusion of modern and elegant, intertwined with unique traditions and customs. It was due to this perfect blend that this Indian wedding was so distinctive. If you combine this with the tireless spirit of the lovely couple, you get an utterly enchanting atmosphere you can’t stand indifferent to!
For their Hindu wedding, the bride wore both a traditional and a modern outfit. The traditional two-piece outfit was really ornate and immaculately paired with the jewellery, which is customary for their culture. The Indian wedding ceremony blended tradition with modern romance, and the touching personal vow reading proves how emotional the event was. As the evening unravelled, we witnessed the incredible amount of fun the couple and the guests had. We enjoyed filming both the Indian dance and music and the modern one, as all present were enjoying both.
