As UK wedding videographers, we’re no strangers to weddings in the English countryside. Really no matter how many times we visit elegant estates, they never cease to take our breath away and Underscar Manor is no exception. In other words with an amazing view of mountain ranges and lakes, Underscar Manor is the perfect venue for a manor house wedding.
April and Michael travelled from the U.S. for their Lake District wedding, grateful for the incredible opportunity to have their wedding take place at April’s father’s holiday house.
On their wedding day, the fog above the mountain peaks made it feel like we were floating among the clouds. We loved the look of April’s dress, with its soft lacy back and A-line gown. Bride make-up was done by Mariam Jensen, and her up-do was done by Severin Hairstylist.
Secondly Michael was so sweet after seeing April for the first time. He couldn’t stop telling her how beautiful she looked, holding her close and softly kissing her hand. Secondly during the ceremony, the couple included some of Jewish traditions, including the Breaking of the Glass.
A&M wrote personal vows and they were truly moving—heartfelt and emotional for guests and vendors.
Above all this manor house wedding was distinctive and memorable, all thanks to its professional wedding planner Kim Balasubramaniam. Kim really helped orchestrate a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. For instance ceremony’s wedding archway and floral arrangements were provided by Blue Sky Flowers. Each of the bouquets and table settings added to the wedding’s underlying theme: free-flowing elegance.
In conclusion we really recommend this manor house if you’re looking for a classy, romantic getaway in the English countryside. Lastly if you’re in need of a wedding videographer in the Lake Distric or any other destination, contact us today!
