Right when we were thinking that we have seen it all in destination weddings, the ultimate surprise arrived at our inbox. This is the brief story of our first time (and we hopefully not our last) working as wedding videographers in beautiful Montenegro! Libby and Simon flew all the way from Australia to Montenegro to experience that legendary mystic vibe from the Balkans. We think that the romantic Aman Sveti Stefan hotel was the perfect choice for enhancing that beautiful and mystical experience we were all so excited about. Everything collided perfectly there, from the gypsy vibes to the Mediterranean sun. It simply was the perfect mixture that made this wedding such a fantastic experience for us.
Montenegro Wedding Videography – A Hidden Gem
We want to honor Libby’s father for such an eloquent wedding speech, trust us, we’ve heard a lot of them. There has not been anything like those words. It was like hearing the voice-off from a movie or something. It was deep, it was passionate, it was sincere, it was easy to digest, and above all, we all agree that it sounded like pure truth. This brief video doesn’t do justice to such a magnificent piece of words, but at least you can get a solid glimpse of what we are talking about.
We have a very well defined way of approaching to colour when we do our wedding videos. Everything has a purpose that respond to the way light is playing upon the whole wedding. From lenses and filters, to even the flight angle of our drone, everything needs to cope perfectly like a match made in heaven with the available light. We wish all weddings the light that you can get at the Mediterranean shores, it is just amazing. We are sure that they had a fantastic wedding planner: Matthew Oliver and his team.

Libby and Simon did as they pleased, they waited until they thought it was appropriate, and they spotted such a dreamy location for the next chapter on their life-story together. We have been saying this since a long time now, weddings seem to be more enjoyed by the newlyweds when they are free to invite only those extremely close loved-ones. This wedding wasn’t an exception to this wise way of doing things, it was a small yet highly united wedding. Everyone was purely happy of seeing how their loved couple was having the time of their lives.
