Yuka and Harry’s Chinese wedding at Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire was a perfect and genuinely extraordinary blend of modern elegance, rich Chinese tradition, and heartfelt family connection — celebrated at one of the UK’s most sought-after luxury venues. Interestingly, the couple almost didn’t contact us — a small website glitch led them to our portfolio. After watching a few films they knew immediately that our emotionally led, story-driven approach was exactly what they were looking for. We are deeply grateful it did.
“The video was nothing short of perfect. All my family and friends have commended that the shots were so ethereal that it’s on par with a Hollywood film! They have captured all the little moments during the wedding that we can cherish for life. We are so honoured to have chosen Justyna and Greg to document our special day.”

Chinese Traditions at Hedsor House
Asian weddings — and Chinese celebrations in particular — are filled with meaningful rituals, strong family bonds, and rich cultural symbolism that give every film we make at them a depth and emotional warmth that is simply extraordinary. At Hedsor House we had the privilege of capturing the complete range of Yuka and Harry’s celebration.
Chinese Wedding Traditions at Yuka & Harry’s Celebration
- Traditional Chinese tea ceremony — with both families, full of genuine respect and deeply moving family connection
- Door games and customs — playful, funny, and producing footage of entirely unscripted communal joy
- Emotional first look and private vows — intimate and completely personal
- Golden hour portraits in the manicured gardens — the Hedsor light in summer is simply extraordinary
- Multicultural reception — speeches delivered in both English and Chinese, reflecting the beautiful cultural richness of the celebration
Yuka’s Bridal Style — Qipao & Western Gown
Yuka looked absolutely breathtaking throughout the entire day — and the particular visual richness of her two very different looks gave the film an extraordinary range and depth that made the editing a genuine joy. For the tea ceremony, she wore a traditional red qipao of extraordinary beauty — the embroidery, the colour, and the cultural significance of the garment all contributing to footage of real warmth and genuine ceremonial depth. For the reception, she changed into an elegant lace Western gown — the transition between the two giving the film a particular quality of cultural conversation and personal story that is entirely Yuka and Harry’s own.
We filmed every detail of both looks — from the delicate embroidery and the graceful movement of the qipao fabric to the quality of the lace and the particular bridal beauty of the reception gown — to honour both the cultural significance and the personal beauty of her choices.
Why Hedsor House Is Perfect for Asian Weddings
Hedsor House is a dream venue for Chinese, Indian, and multicultural couples — and Yuka and Harry’s celebration demonstrates exactly why. The combination of grand Georgian architecture, peaceful and beautifully maintained gardens, exceptional natural light through the tall sash windows, and the complete exclusivity of the venue creates filming conditions that are simply without equal anywhere near London for luxury Asian weddings.
On Yuka and Harry’s wedding day the light was genuinely magical — soft, warm, and extraordinarily beautiful. The quality of the natural light pouring through the tall Georgian windows and falling across the manicured grounds reminded us of destination weddings we have filmed in Tuscany and Provence. It gave every frame of the film a depth and warmth that is entirely distinctive and completely Hedsor.

Family, Love & Emotional Moments
What moved us most about this celebration was the extraordinary strength of family and genuine togetherness that surrounded Yuka and Harry throughout every single moment of the day. You could feel the love, the respect, the generational depth of support and connection — from the tea ceremony with both families through the emotional speeches at the reception. Every moment was filled with genuine human connection of real warmth and depth.
These are the moments we film weddings to capture — not just the beauty of the venue and the styling, but the particular quality of love and family that makes each celebration entirely and unrepeatable its own.
