In the heart of the Cote du Rhone vineyards sits the spectacular manor: the Château de Tourreau. With its perfectly manicured lawns and gardens of nearly 20 acres, the Château de Tourreau in France is sure to take your breath away. Its teal window shutters and French accents add a romantic charm and create a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere for any Provence wedding.

Last year, we were lucky enough to spend three days with bride and groom Franziska and Alexander. From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding and reception, followed by a pool party on the final day, we loved getting to know this loving couple and their marvelous friends and family, capturing moments throughout the weekend. At the wedding, we were also joined by photographer Adam Alex.

On a sunny July afternoon, Franziska and Alexander had their dream wedding in Provence, France, with the help of luxury wedding planner Matthew Oliver.  Franziska was absolutely glowing throughout the day. Her beautiful curls were flowing with the breeze, and we loved her Mira Zwinllinger dress, with its gorgeous floral details and sweetheart neckline.

Provence Wedding Videography – A Romantic History

Violins played as guests took their seats and the wedding party walked their procession.  The aisle was lined with tall trees on either side, with branches hovered high above like a canopy. Our favorite moment of the weekend was the bride’s grand entrance. She sat in the passenger seat of a vintage car, and her father drove with the top down.

The reception took place in front of the house, allowing guests a stunning view of the estate. Long tables lined with white roses and greenery by Fleurs de Fée made the event feel like a grand family dinner. The father of the bride was honored to be able to give a speech—providing words of wisdom and encouragement to the newly married Franziska and Alexander.

Later, the dance floor was beneath hanging lights and beside a classic French carousel available for the guests to enjoy. Franziska, Alexander, and their loves ones were so much fun to film. At one point, the bride and groom were each picked up by a couple of friends, sitting on their shoulders and dancing above the crowd. A glamorous, fun, and elegant day to remember.
