This was our first wedding at Can Simoneta, and the venue did not disappoint. Perched above the sea, with views of the Mediterranean and a perfect blend of traditional and modern design, it felt like a natural set for a timeless love story. The golden light played beautifully on the cliffs, on the tables, on the couple — it was cinematic without even trying.
A Storm, a Concept, and a Wedding with Heart
German precision met Mediterranean spontaneity. From emotional speeches (even in German — and yes, we felt them) to a surprise weather twist, everything unfolded with beauty. Just before the ceremony, a storm rolled in — dark skies, black umbrellas, and the kind of moody light that makes a filmmaker’s heart race. But just in time, the wind cleared the clouds, and the day was saved.
