We budget time for a quiet word with the duty manager — not only the planner — and we mark two positions for vows so one lens stays on faces while the other holds the room. Church-to-hotel moves, Congestion Charge, and peak Saturday parking are on the call sheet before the morning starts.
Coverage is scoped in writing after we see your date, venues and hours. Short, Signature or Deluxe — numbers stay in the proposal, usually within 24 hours of a complete enquire. A 20% deposit holds the date; travel for Home Counties estates and destination weekends sits in the same PDF as the film.
